Position Summary: Client is seeking experienced derivatives sales to market clearing and etrading services to commodity trading firms including Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, and Merchants. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of derivatives brokerage experience working with commodity trading firms. The individuals should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Candidates with an existing and transferable book of business are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:  Source and develop relationships with commodity trading firms.  Act as the lead relationship manager for these accounts.  Reporting to the Head Business Development Basic Qualifications.  Bachelor’s Degree.  5+ years of relevant sales experience.  Proven track record of generating revenues.  Thorough understanding of commodities and derivatives markets.  Series 3 required Preferred Qualifications.  Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and confident.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Attention to detail.  Transferable portfolio of clients is highly desirable.  Series 7 and 63 preferred.  Compensation & Benefits.  Candidates can expect a compensation package commensurate with the role and their experience, including a significant formula based component.  Client offers a competitive benefits program.
